Job summary

JPJ Staffing seeks an on-site Construction Supervisor to lead our field team, ensure safety compliance, and manage daily construction activities. The role requires coordinating with the Project Manager, planning work schedules, and maintaining strong client relations on site.

The candidate should demonstrate excellent time management, problem solving, and organizational skills, with experience in commercial construction and pool industry preferred. Travel within the state may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction and ability to lead on-site teams
• Travel to the job site in-state for six months or longer
• Determine construction methods, quantities, equipment, and work schedule
• Monitor safety programs and enforce corrective actions
• Coordinate with Project Manager to ensure project success
• Proficient with standard construction software and processes
