Lead business intelligence initiatives, develop new intelligence offerings, and ensure scalable, accurate reporting while mentoring a growing analytics team in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

10+ years of digital marketing measurement, social analytics, or BI reporting.
Ability to understand client business needs and develop tailored proposals.
Strong analytics with social data across platforms.
Experience leading analyst teams on measurement & intelligence reporting.

Responsibilities

Lead client work end-to-end from briefs to methodologies and budgets.
Develop KPIs and measurement frameworks across earned/owned/paid social.
Deliver high-impact reports, analyses, and insights for decision-making.
Mentor junior to mid-level analysts and collaborate cross-functionally.
