Responsibilities

• Provide first-line support for Global Markets applications.
• Act as a support contact for Summit Front platform.
• Oversee end-of-day and start-of-day processes in Summit.
• Manage user requests and incident tracking.
• Partner with business and IT teams to troubleshoot issues.
