Job summary

Qualifications

• Actively completing a bachelors degree in Risk Management and Insurance, Economics, Business, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related program.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA or higher.
• Junior or Senior with graduation between Dec 2027 and May 2028.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to learn.
• Team player who collaborates effectively.
• Self-starter who can manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Participate in underwriting by reviewing submissions, applications and client websites.
• Assist in preparing underwriting referrals and shadow underwriting calls.
• Run and analyze loss run reports to support risk assessment.
• Review pipeline activity and organize Imageright files to maintain workflow.
• Contribute to team marketing by engaging with brokers and supporting outreach.
• Present data on submission and quote metrics to track performance and identify trends.
• Collaborate with interns to present a business case.
