Job summary

Talon Professional Services in NYC is seeking an Integration Manager to own core system integrations, including EDI workflows, and to collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure data accuracy and system efficiency.

This hybrid role is based in our NYC office, three days onsite. You will drive critical integration projects, data governance initiatives, and continuous improvements, reporting to the Lead Business Systems Analyst.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of integration management experience.
• Hands-on experience with system integration tools and processes.
• Experience with EDI workflows and related data governance initiatives.
• Knowledge of relational databases with basic SQL querying.

Responsibilities

• Own core system integrations, including EDI workflows and data governance initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and system efficiency.
• Lead integration projects and monitor performance and quality metrics.
• Support ITSM/ITIL practices where applicable.
