Job summary

Talon Professional Services in NYC is seeking an Integration Manager to own core system integrations, including EDI workflows, and to collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure data accuracy and system efficiency.

This hybrid role is based in our NYC office, three days onsite. You will drive critical integration projects, data governance initiatives, and continuous improvements, reporting to the Lead Business Systems Analyst.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of integration management experience.
• Hands-on experience with system integration tools and processes.
• Experience with EDI workflows and related data governance initiatives.
• Knowledge of relational databases with basic SQL querying.

Required Skills

Strong background in integration development and management, including experience with ETL, API, ESB, and GraphQL architecture. Proficiency with middleware and iPaaS solutions, preferably Celigo, and experience with EDI tools such as SPS Commerce. Knowledge of relational databases with basic querying skills in T-SQL and PL/SQL. Troubleshooting abilities and a solid understanding of data governance, data quality management, and system integration best practices. Familiarity with ITIL and ITSM frameworks is a plus.

Nice to Have Skills

Experience with system integration monitoring, vendor management, and project coordination. Experience in the retail or apparel industry is advantageous.

Preferred Education and Experience

2-3+ years of relevant experience in integration management or related fields, demonstrating hands‑on expertise with system integration tools and processes.

Other Requirements

Must be able to work onsite in NYC three days per week, with flexibility for off‑hour support as needed. Strong communication and project management skills are essential. This role reports directly to the Lead Business Systems Analyst.
