Job summary

Nucleus Advisors is a private wealth advisory firm focused on connecting with clients to create lasting legacies. The Financial Analyst, Data Management and Reporting role supports portfolio reporting, data integrity, and research to drive growth and preeminence in wealth advisory.

The role requires collaboration with analysts, a flexible in-office schedule (minimum three days/week in NYC Chelsea), and strong Excel/data skills to manage complex datasets and reporting processes.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree required (provide GPA).
• We prefer a degree in finance, accounting, statistics, engineering, or information technology.
• 3 or more years of professional experience
• High proficiency with Microsoft Excel is required
• Experience with Black Diamond's investment portfolio reporting software is preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly and quarterly client portfolio reports.
• Collect, consolidate, and present data tracking transactions and valuation updates for alternative investments.
• Integrate new accounts and private investments into portfolios and reporting.
• Maintain and support Nucleus' client portal users.
• Conduct regular quality checks to ensure data accuracy and timeliness.
• Collaborate with fund managers and reporting teams to streamline processes.
• Document policies for data management and quality assurance.
• Coordinate with teams to ensure data retention and valuation policies are followed.
• Support investment due diligence and markets research.
• Assist with ad-hoc client reporting requests.
