You will shape the long-term data management roadmap, identify data use cases with business units, and prioritize initiatives for timely delivery. The candidate will act as a thought leader and change agent, ensuring a broad understanding of the data vision,

Formación

• 15+ years of experience with data, including strategy, project management, and governance.
• 10+ years in management/executive roles.
• Ability to translate business needs into data needs and draft data roadmaps.
• Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and drive change in large organizations.
• Knowledge of enterprise data domains, data products, and operational best practices.

Responsabilidades

• Strategic Planning & Implementation: Update and maintain the data strategy to align with business and technology strategies; drive transformation and monitor KPIs.
• Governance & Controls: Own Enterprise Data Management Policy and standards; ensure policy alignment with objectives.
• Compliance & Risk Management: Coordinate with IT GRC, Internal Audit, and Risk teams; mitigate identified risks.
• Operational Execution: Oversee resource planning, onboarding, and change management for data governance initiatives.
• Culture & Communication: Promote data vision awareness and manage data academy enhancements and communications.
• Portfolio & Financial Oversight: Track roadmaps, budgeting, and vendor relationships; oversee cost and governance reporting.
