Job summary

Carex Consulting Group is partnering with a rapidly growing behavioral health technology company to hire EHR Trainers who will support customer implementations and adoption of the platform.

These hands-on, customer-facing roles involve leading live training sessions across intake, admissions, clinical, and revenue cycle workflows, with emphasis on RCM processes, billing, and denials. The role is hybrid in New York City, with periodic travel to client sites.

Qualifications

• Experience training users on an EHR, practice management platform, healthcare technology system, or other complex workflow-driven software.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to confidently lead both small- and large-group training sessions.
• Understanding of healthcare workflows across areas such as intake, admissions, clinical operations, billing, or revenue cycle.
• Ability to explain complex systems and workflows in a clear, practical, and approachable way.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, growing environment where processes and training programs are still being built.

Responsibilities

• Lead virtual and in-person training sessions for customer teams.
• Train users across intake, admissions, clinical, administrative, and revenue cycle workflows.
• Deliver role-based training for frontline staff, clinicians, billing teams, super users, administrators, and operational leaders.
• Support training around billing, claims, eligibility, denials, payments, and other RCM workflows when applicable.
• Help users understand platform functionality and how it fits into day-to-day responsibilities.
• Partner with Implementation and Deployment teams to prepare customers for go-live.
• Support training readiness, go-live, and post-launch adoption activities.
• Identify knowledge gaps and provide coaching or reinforcement as needed.
• Develop and improve training materials, documentation, job aids, and other enablement resources.
• Gather feedback from customers to improve training programs and implementation experience.
• Become a subject matter expert on the platform and continuously learn new functionality.
