Qualifications

• Senior technology leader with full accountability for team, budget, and delivery.
• Experience in blockchain/digital-asset platforms.
• Background in banking or high-volume transactional environments.

• Comfort presenting strategy and risk to boards and regulators.
• Entrepreneurial, hands-on temperament for lean teams and fast pace.

Responsibilities

• Set direction and own technology investment and roadmap.
• Lead through organizational change and maintain delivery momentum.
• Represent technology to investors, partners, auditors, and regulators.
• Maintain 24/7 platform stability while shipping new capabilities.
• Develop managers and hire/retain strong engineering and IT talent.
• Own cybersecurity, access controls, incident response, and disaster recovery.
• Identify high-value AI opportunities and measure impact.
