Qualifications

• Previous CTO or VP Engineering experience at a fintech or regulated financial services company.
• Demonstrable experience scaling engineering organisations from 10 to 50+ people.
• Familiarity with PCI-DSS, SOC 2, and cross-border payment compliance frameworks.
• Comfortable presenting technical strategy and risk to a board of directors.
