Responsibilities

• Develop clear, engaging copy for paid social campaigns, email, landing pages, and websites.
• Collaborate with designers, marketers, and senior creatives to build cohesive campaigns.
• Brainstorm and pitch new ad concepts, scripts, and taglines for DTC and emerging brands.
• Conduct audience and competitive research to inform creative decisions.
• Incorporate data and performance insights to refine messaging and improve results.
• Participate in internal reviews, creative presentations, and client calls.
• Grow craft through structured feedback, mentorship, and learning opportunities.
