Job summary

Superbolt, a growth marketing agency based in New York, is seeking a Junior Copywriter to craft digital copy across paid social, email campaigns, landing pages, and brand messaging. You will partner with designers and marketers to drive conversion-focused work for mission-driven brands.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of professional copywriting experience, a strong voice, and a collaborative spirit in a fast-paced agency environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of professional copywriting experience.
• Strong writing with a sharp eye for voice, rhythm, and storytelling.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Develop clear, engaging copy for paid social campaigns (Instagram, TikTok, Meta, etc.), email, landing pages, and websites.
• Collaborate with designers, marketers, and senior creatives to build cohesive, high-performing campaigns.
• Brainstorm and pitch new ad concepts, scripts, and taglines for a variety of DTC and emerging brands.
• Conduct audience and competitive research to inform creative decisions.
• Incorporate data and performance insights to refine messaging and improve results.
• Participate in internal reviews, creative presentations, and occasional client calls.
• Grow your craft through structured feedback, mentorship, and creative learning opportunities.
