The NPD Practitioner collaborates across care areas to implement evidence-based practices, coaches preceptors, and champions professional development within the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution (degree verification required).
• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for healthcare providers.
• Demonstrated experience in adult or staff development.
• Demonstrated nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a learning facilitator and mentor for caregivers and preceptors.
• Guide new caregiver orientation and ongoing learning using standardized tools.
• Collaborate across disciplines to address learning needs and implement evidence-based practices.
• Coach and mentor clinical coaches and caregivers for growth and job enrichment.
• Foster interprofessional learning and advancement in nursing practice.
