One Medical is seeking a full-time Advanced Practitioner (NP/PA) licensed in California to provide in-office and tele-health primary care. You will manage diverse patient needs, collaborate with teams, and participate in ongoing clinical rounds and procedures as needed.

The role supports multi-state credentialing and ongoing learning in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment in San Francisco, CA. Competitive compensation and strong benefits accompany this position.

Qualifications

• Completed an accredited NP or PA program with a national certification.
• State licensed in California by start date.
• In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least: 2 years outpatient primary care, OR 1 year with fellowship or 1+ year urgent care.
• Experience in LARC insertion and colposcopy is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Manage a patient panel with acute, chronic, and well visits.
• Treat patients in-office, at testing centers, or via tele-health.
• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and other learning modalities.
• Collaborate with in-office and virtual clinical teams.
• Utilize clinical training and opportunity for in-office procedures.
• Possess readiness to obtain additional state licensure for multi-state virtual care.
