Qualifications

• Associate's or bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field preferred.
• Two or more years of accounts payable, bookkeeping, or transactional accounting experience preferred.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint, with ability to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Process day-to-day accounts payable cycle including invoice processing and vendor maintenance.
• Handle employee reimbursements and payment processing; manage corporate credit card activity and related reconciliations.
• Maintain strong internal controls and accurate records; support year-end 1099 reporting.
• Collaborate with the finance team, vendors, and staff to ensure timely, accurate processing.
