You will manage fieldwork under US GAAP/GAAS/FASB, mentor colleagues, and collaborate with clients and leadership to ensure timely, accurate financial statements.

Requirements include a BA/BS in Accounting, CPA, 5+ years of public accounting, and nonprofit audit experience.

Qualifikationen

• BA/BS degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of progressive public accounting with in-charge experience.
• Experience with Non-Profit clients highly preferred.
• CPA certification required.
• Strong technical accounting skills including US GAAP/GAAS/FASB.

Aufgaben

• Perform field work on audits under US GAAP, GAAS, or FASB.
• Draft financial statements in accordance with US GAAP/GAAS/FASB.
• Lead and mentor staff; deliver coaching and engagement experiences.
• Build productive client relationships to enhance satisfaction.
• Provide strategic accounting advice and review staff work product.
• Deliver client support virtually, hybrid, and on-site as needed.
