Job summary

Kessler Topaz Meltzer & Check, LLP is seeking a Manager of Network & Systems Infrastructure to lead the firm’s infrastructure engineering team. The role combines hands-on work with strategic leadership to ensure stability, security, and performance across enterprise services including Windows Server, virtualization, storage, and cloud-connected platforms.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years in network/system administration, strong Microsoft stack expertise, and prior leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in network and systems administration.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience required.
• Certifications in Microsoft/CCNA/CompTIA are strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Network & Systems Infrastructure team with technical leadership and coaching.
• Own Windows workstation lifecycle management, imaging, and deployment.
• Oversee enterprise packaging, testing, deployment, and upgrades for Firm devices.
• Manage endpoint management platforms such as Intune, Autopilot, and SCCM/MECM.
• Hands-on execution of operational tasks, troubleshooting, and project work.
• Modernize infrastructure in Windows Server, AD, virtualization, storage, and Azure-connected services.
• Collaborate with IT leadership to align with strategic roadmaps and security standards.
• Provide mentorship and performance feedback to IT staff; document policies and SOPs.
