Job summary

Sandia National Laboratories invites applications for an Intern, Technical Undergraduate Year-Round in Enterprise Network Services. This hybrid role combines onsite and offsite work, with a focus on designing, deploying, operating, and resolving complex enterprise network challenges across internal and partner networks.

The intern will collaborate with Cyber Security and Networking teams, gain hands-on experience in automation and software development, and work with Windows and Linux

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled full time in an accredited undergraduate program.
• GPA minimum 3.0/4.0.
• Able to work up to 25 hours/week during school year and up to 40 hours/week in summer.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior staff in designing, deploying, operating, maintaining, and resolving network challenges.
• Collaborate with Cyber Security and Networking teams to engineer network solutions.
• Troubleshoot workflow, traffic, and service impacts.
• Gain experience in automation and software development across Windows and Linux.
