Job summary

Mobile Medical Response Inc is seeking a skilled Network Administrator to manage LAN/WAN, servers, and security systems. You will design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure, perform security hardening, and support virtualization and storage solutions.

The role requires collaboration with MSP and Help Desk, a hybrid work model, and a focus on uptime, performance, and rapid incident response.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent).
• At least 3 years of experience in system administration or network engineering.
• Project management skills and ability to lead IT projects.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain physical and virtual servers (Windows/Linux), switches, routers, and firewalls.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
• Develop and implement backup and disaster recovery plans.
• Ensure security patches, antivirus, and monitor logs.
• Provide Tier III support and assist Help Desk as needed.
• Mentor staff and participate in after-hours on-call.
