Qualifications

• 5+ years deploying and configuring networking technologies.
• Customer-facing experience required.
• Experience with data center or enterprise networks and security.
• Knowledge of routing, switching and security best practices.

Responsibilities

• Participate in daily network, firewall, and operational support.
• Troubleshoot network issues and implement changes to ensure stability.
• Provide technical analysis and document procedures during events.
• Stay up to date on emerging technologies and certifications.
• Lead problem solving with stakeholders and report to management.
• Provide regular updates to the management team.
