Eaton is seeking a Network Security Governance & Architecture Engineer for its Beachwood, Ohio facility. Hybrid work arrangement allows 3 days in office and 2 remote weekly. Competitive base salary with eligibility for a variable incentive program.

Responsibilities include owning security standards, translating threat intel into controls, and defining telemetry across SIEM/NDR platforms, plus leading risk-informed threat hunts and advancing Zero Trust strategies.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant field.
• Minimum 10+ years in information security or network/architecture roles.
• Minimum 4 years setting security standards and governance for enterprise networks.
• Sponsorship or CPT/OPT not provided; candidates within 50 miles of Beachwood preferred.

Mansioni

• Own network security standards and reference architectures; manage segmentation, secure connectivity and policy controls.
• Translate threat intelligence into prioritized control requirements and detection intent.
• Define detection requirements across SIEM, NDR, firewall, proxy, DNS, VPN and SASE/SSE platforms.
• Direct risk-informed threat hunting and convert findings into telemetry improvements.
• Advance Zero Trust and segmentation strategy with cross-team alignment.
• Run the network control assurance program with governance and remediation tracking.
