Job summary

Eaton's Corporate Sector division is seeking a Cybersecurity Architect in Moon Township, PA. This hybrid role offers relocation assistance and up to 10% travel, with a salary range of $122,000–$179,000 per year based on experience.

Responsibilities include leading secure product development, defining cybersecurity requirements, and embedding Security by Design across the lifecycle. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and ongoing training are key aspects of the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or engineering from an accredited institution.
• 8+ years in Product Development including 3 years in Product Cybersecurity.
• U.S. citizen required for this position under federal government contract requirements.
• No immigration sponsorship or CPT/OPT support; visa-related restrictions apply.
• Position requires access to export-controlled information; must be a U.S. person as defined by regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead secure product development initiatives across multiple business divisions.
• Define cybersecurity requirements and architectural approaches for new and existing products.
• Embed Security by Design principles throughout the product lifecycle.
• Conduct threat modeling and cybersecurity risk assessments to identify and mitigate risks.
• Coordinate vulnerability assessments and penetration testing activities for products, systems, and solutions.
• Guide teams in addressing security findings and strengthening product security.
• Provide technical leadership for cybersecurity features and DevSecOps practices.
• Collaborate with software, hardware, cloud, embedded, mobile, and IoT teams to advance secure engineering.
