• Currently pursuing an engineering, computer science, or networking/security education, or a recent graduate.
• Cypress Community College student or recent graduate.

Responsibilities

• Documentation audits and updates
• Updating customer contact information
• Abuse ticket processing and follow-up
• Security ticket processing and follow-up
• Compiling Weekly Outage reports
• OOB testing
• ISO Vulnerability Remediation tracking
• ISO software updates
• ISO Infosec activity stream updates
• Assisting fellow interns in understanding existing documentation and Network Operations processes
• Providing other assistance as CENIC's business needs dictate
