Job summary

Dexian is seeking a Network / NOC Analyst for a 5+ month contract in a hybrid setup between Chicago and Naperville. The role entails hands-on operations support, incident response, and proactive monitoring of network infrastructure.

You will work Saturday-Wednesday 7am-3pm, handling Cisco routing/switching, firewalls, DNS/DHCP, and log analysis with Splunk. CCNA certification (in progress or completed) is expected, with F5 and Checkpoint experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience as Network/NOC Analyst or Engineer.
• Cisco Route/Switch and network troubleshooting (firewall, route/switch) required.
• Experience analyzing routing and circuits.
• Splunk or similar log analysis tool experience.
• CCNA certification in progress or completed.
• F5 Load balancer experience and Checkpoint firewall familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Resolve operations issues and troubleshoot network-related break/fix problems.
• Monitor networks and ensure uptime; respond to incidents and coordinate with vendors.
