TEKsystems is seeking a Network Engineer/Network Administrator to help modernize and support an enterprise network within a healthcare environment. The role focuses on designing, implementing, and maintaining wired and wireless networks across facilities, ensuring reliability and security while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The position offers a hybrid work setup in Kalamazoo, MI, with a contract-to-hire pathway.

Qualifications

Experience supporting enterprise networking environments.
Strong understanding of routing, switching, wireless networking, TCP/IP, VLANs, DNS, and DHCP.
Experience troubleshooting network connectivity and performance issues.
Familiarity with network monitoring, documentation, and best practices.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.

Responsabilités

Support the day-to-day administration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of enterprise network infrastructure.
Monitor network performance and proactively identify opportunities for improvement, optimization, and increased reliability.
Assist with the design, implementation, and support of wired and wireless networking solutions across multiple healthcare facilities.
Partner with infrastructure and systems teams to ensure secure, highly available network services that support clinical and business operations.
Document network configurations, standards, and operational procedures.
Participate in on-call support and incident resolution as needed.
