CFS in Kalamazoo, MI is seeking a hands-on Network Administrator to join a growing infrastructure team during a major network modernization. You will manage day-to-day operations of enterprise networks, wired and wireless, and help reliability and performance across facilities.

You will work with Aruba and Extreme Networks, use SolarWinds for monitoring, and collaborate with Infrastructure, Systems, and Security teams on upgrades, documentation, and incident response.

Qualifications

• Experience managing enterprise network infrastructure and hands-on deployment/maintenance.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing and switching.
• Experience with Aruba wireless technologies and network monitoring tools.

Responsabilités

• Administer, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise network infrastructure.
• Monitor network health, performance, and availability using enterprise monitoring tools.
• Support wired and wireless networking across multiple locations.
• Troubleshoot connectivity, performance, and wireless issues.
• Assist with deployment and maintenance of Aruba and Extreme Networks solutions.
• Partner with Infrastructure and Systems teams to ensure secure, highly available services.
• Create and maintain network documentation, diagrams, standards, and procedures.
• Utilize SolarWinds and other monitoring tools to identify and resolve issues.
• Participate in network refresh and modernization initiatives.
• Provide on-call support and assist with incident response.
