Job summary

Marshall Dennehey, a leading defense firm in Philadelphia, seeks a Network Engineer to support, implement, and maintain servers, storage, firewalls, and network security across multiple locations.

The role involves configuring Cisco/Palo Alto/NetScaler/Meraki gear, supporting Exchange Online and Mimecast, and managing Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Azure services. A hybrid work arrangement and after‑hours support are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
• Minimum 5 years network engineering experience in enterprise environments.
• Experience with data center infrastructure.
• Experience with cloud networking, such as Azure.
• Legal environment experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support, implement, and maintain LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN, and SD-WAN environments.
• Configure network hardware including Cisco, Palo Alto, NetScaler, and Meraki devices.
• Monitor performance and troubleshoot connectivity, latency, and bandwidth issues.
• Provide support for Exchange Online/Mimecast security.
• Maintain storage infrastructure (HPE Alletra, StoreOnce, Dell Compellent, Synology).
• Support Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policies.
• Support Azure environment and Entra MFA integration.
• Administer Windows servers and Hyper-V with clustering and replication.
• Maintain Veeam backup and recovery for on‑prem and cloud.
• Perform data center installs, racking, and decommissioning of equipment.
• Monitor data center power, UPS, rack power, and cooling.
