Qualifications

• 3 to 4 years of experience in systems administration or related infrastructure role.
• Hands-on experience with Windows Server and Linux.
• Knowledge of Cloud Platforms, specifically Azure, is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Windows and Linux servers and core infrastructure services.
• Monitor and troubleshoot LAN/WAN connectivity and related network services.
• Provide Tier 2 support for desktops, laptops, and user access issues.
