Job description

We are PEAC Solutions—large enough to finance the globe, yet small enough to stand shoulder-to-shoulder with our customers. We believe in the power of partnership and the promise of possibility. Our purpose is to fuel growth by providing smart, flexible lending solutions that help businesses overcome obstacles and seize new opportunities. Backed by HPS Investment Partners, a leading global investment firm, we offer equipment financing, working capital, and inventory lending solutions that keep businesses moving forward. As the world’s largest independent equipment finance company, we are expanding our global footprint—and we are doing it with purpose, grit, and a commitment to those we serve.

You are someone who thrives in an environment where ambition meets action. You bring curiosity, resilience, and a strong sense of accountability. You see challenges as opportunities and believe in making an impact for customers, for your team, and for the business. If you are looking to be a part of a company that values partnership over hierarchy and purpose over routine, your next chapter could start here.

We are seeking a hands‑on Network Administrator to support and strengthen the performance, security, and reliability of our core IT infrastructure. This role is ideal for a technically strong professional who enjoys solving complex issues, supporting end users, and helping maintain a stable, secure, and high‑performing technology environment. The successful candidate will support server and desktop environments, maintain network operations, administer business‑critical systems, and provide responsive technical support across the organization. The role offers the opportunity to work across infrastructure, end‑user technology, security, and operational improvement initiatives in a fast‑paced environment.

Essential Functions
  • Administer and support Windows and Linux servers, virtual environments, and core infrastructure services.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot LAN/WAN connectivity, DNS, DHCP, IP addressing, VPNs, and related network services.
  • Install, configure, patch, and support enterprise applications, operating systems, and endpoint software.
  • Provide Tier 2 support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and user access issues.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and group policies in Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
  • Support backup, recovery, and disaster recovery processes to help protect business continuity.
  • Assist with infrastructure projects, system upgrades, hardware deployments, and technology rollouts.
  • Monitor system health, security alerts, endpoint protection tools, and patch compliance.
  • Maintain accurate inventory, technical documentation, and support records.
  • Work closely with internal IT teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to support operational priorities.
  • Perform other duties, support requests, and special projects as assigned by IT leadership.
Qualifications
  • 3 to 4 years of experience in systems administration, network support, application management, or a related infrastructure role.
  • Knowledge of Cloud Platforms specifically Azure a plus (Azure, AWS).
  • Hands‑on experience with Windows Server, Linux, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, virtualization platforms, and end‑user support.
  • Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, switching, wireless connectivity, and firewall troubleshooting.
  • Experience with helpdesk ticketing systems, troubleshooting, incident response, and user‑facing technical support.
  • Familiarity with backup tools, patch management, endpoint security, and infrastructure monitoring solutions.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast‑paced technical environment.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical issues clearly to non‑technical users.
  • Certifications such as Microsoft, CompTIA, Cisco, ITIL, or VMware are a plus.
