Job summary

KAYAK, part of Booking Holdings, seeks a NetSuite/Salesforce/FloQast Administrator to join the Enterprise Applications team in Finance. You will own configuration, user administration, and integration health across core finance and revenue systems.

You’ll partner with Finance, Accounting, Sales Ops, and Engineering, ensuring accuracy and smooth operations. This role requires working from our Norwalk, CT office at least 3 days per week, with a focus on precision, documentation, and steady problem

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of hands-on administration experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, and/or Expensify (or similar ERP/CRM/expense platforms).
• Familiarity with NetSuite configuration: saved searches, SuiteFlow, roles/permissions, custom fields/records, and SuiteScript reading ability.
• Experience with basic system integrations (API/SFTP or iPaaS tools) and troubleshooting data sync issues.
• Strong attention to detail to catch issues before they affect reporting.
• Solid Excel/Google Sheets skills and ability to build reports and saved searches.
• Clear communication to support non-technical end users and explain system issues clearly.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; admin certifications (NetSuite SuiteFoundation, Salesforce Administrator) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administer day-to-day configuration of NetSuite, Salesforce, and FloQast: user setup/deactivation, roles, permissions, saved searches, dashboards, flows, validation rules, and issue troubleshooting.
• Backup administrator for FloQast: user setup, sync errors, and questions.
• Build and maintain NetSuite SuiteFlow workflows; read and understand SuiteScript; elevate when needed.
• Triage and resolve tickets related to expense reports, financial records, and account access; investigate root causes.
• Monitor and troubleshoot NetSuite-Salesforce integrations and data feeds; escalate to engineering as needed.
• Support month-end/quarter-end close with data accuracy, reporting, and reconciliation.
• Load files into third-party systems for the Reporting Team during close phases.
• Perform sandbox testing and validate upgrades against customizations and integrations before production.
• Maintain user access lists for audit, SOX, and compliance; update documentation and guides.
