Job summary

KAYAK, part of Booking Holdings, is seeking a NetSuite/Salesforce/FloQast Administrator to join the Enterprise Applications team in Finance. You will own configuration, user administration, and integrations across core finance systems, partnering with Finance, Accounting, Sales Ops, and Engineering.

This role requires on-site presence at our Norwalk, CT office for at least 3 days per week. You will collaborate on larger roadmap items while maintaining accurate, well-documented systems and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field; NetSuite/Salesforce admin certifications are a plus
• Hands-on administration experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, and/or Expensify (or similar ERP/CRM/expense platforms)
• Familiarity with NetSuite configuration: saved searches, SuiteFlow, roles/permissions, custom fields/records; reading-level comfort with SuiteScript
• Experience with basic system integrations (API/SFTP, iPaaS) and troubleshooting data syncs
• Attention to detail—notice a saved search returning an extra row to prevent reporting issues
• Solid Excel/Google Sheets; ability to build reports and saved searches
• Clear communication for non-technical end users; support for accounting workflows a plus
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; admin certifications are a plus

Responsibilities

• Administer day-to-day configuration of NetSuite, Salesforce, FloQast and Blackline: user setup, roles, saved searches, dashboards, workflows, and validation rules
• Serve as backup administrator for Expensify and support provisioning, synchronization issues, and troubleshooting
• Build and maintain NetSuite SuiteFlow workflows and troubleshoot SuiteScript customizations
• Triage and resolve support tickets related to expense reports, financial records, and account access
• Monitor and troubleshoot NetSuite-Salesforce integrations and escalate to engineering when needed
• Support month-end and quarter-end close with data accuracy, reports, and reconciliation fixes
• Manage file-based data transfers to external reporting platforms and validate loads
• Perform sandbox testing and validate NetSuite upgrades against customizations
• Maintain user access lists and conduct basic access reviews for audit/compliance
• Create clear documentation and training materials for teammates
• Collaborate with senior analysts/architects on approved process changes and provide hands-on support during testing
