Job summary

You will own the full SDLC, including development, deployment, production support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement, while collaborating with stakeholders and vendors to deliver scalable, secure solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/engineering or equivalent.
• 4–7 years of software development experience.
• Experience with C# and .NET applications.
• Experience with Java and/or Angular.
• Experience building REST APIs and web services.
• Strong SQL Server and database development.
• Experience with Azure or similar cloud platforms.
• Experience integrating with third-party APIs.
• Familiarity with AI and AI-assisted development.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain enterprise applications and APIs.
• Support customer-facing and agent-facing web applications.
• Develop and maintain integrations between internal systems, cloud services, third-party vendors, and legacy applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues across multiple stacks.
• Participate in application design and technical solution discussions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation.
• Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices.
• Support application deployments and production releases.
• Assist with modernization initiatives involving cloud technologies and enterprise integrations.
• Collaborate with the AI team to integrate AI capabilities into business applications.
