Job summary
Charles Schwab's Move Money team is seeking a Software Developer to build and enhance web applications using .NET and Java on-site in Austin. You will work across the SDLC to design, develop, test, deploy, and support transaction-processing services, focusing on reliability, performance, and security.
You will collaborate with product owners and tech partners, participate in design reviews, code reviews, troubleshooting, and knowledge sharing, and help strengthen engineering practices while
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of web and service development with .NET and Java.
- Experience designing API-based services in a transaction-processing environment.
- Experience applying problem solving across the SDLC to deliver reliable and scalable applications.
- Experience using SQL or PostgreSQL for database solutions.
- Strong communication to explain technical concepts with partners.
