Job summary

Motion Recruitment Partners LLC seeks Full Stack .NET Engineers to join our team in Tempe or Tucson, AZ, on a hybrid contract-to-hire basis. You will design modern web apps, build backend services with .NET, and craft responsive UIs with Angular, while leveraging Azure cloud capabilities.

Qualifications

• :
• 3+ years of software development experience.
• Strong C# and .NET/.NET Core development experience.
• Recent experience developing applications with Angular.
• Experience building REST APIs and web applications.
• SQL Server development experience.
• Knowledge of database design and stored procedures.
• Experience working within Azure environments.
• Experience with source control and modern development practices.
• Exposure to AI-assisted coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Codex, or Claude Code.

Responsibilities

• Designing and developing modern web applications.
• Building backend services and APIs using .NET.
• Creating responsive user interfaces with Angular.
• Writing and optimizing SQL Server queries and stored procedures.
• Implementing cloud solutions within Azure.
• Participating in architecture discussions and solution design.
• Utilizing AI development tools to improve engineering productivity.
