Job summary

A-TEK, Inc. is seeking a Mid-Level Full Stack Developer in Washington, DC. You will design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise applications in a modern cloud-based environment, using Microsoft technologies and modern web frameworks.

You will build responsive front-ends with React and TypeScript, write backend services in Python and C#/.NET, and design RESTful APIs. The role involves cloud deployment in Azure, CI/CD, and active participation in Agile ceremonies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Five years of professional software development experience.
• Experience with C#/.NET and/or Python.
• Experience with React and modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Experience with SQL Server and relational databases.
• Experience developing RESTful APIs.
• Experience with Azure or comparable cloud platforms.
• Experience using Git and Azure DevOps.
• Experience in Agile software development teams.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Tier 2 Background Investigation.

Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, test, and maintain enterprise web applications.
• Build responsive UIs using React, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Develop backend services using Python and C#/.NET.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and system integrations.
• Modernize legacy applications while supporting current production systems.
• Develop SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects for SQL Server and PostgreSQL.
• Support deployment in Microsoft Azure and participate in CI/CD pipelines.
• Utilize Git and Azure DevOps for source control and work management.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and ensure secure coding standards.
