Job summary
FCS Financial in Missouri is seeking a Software Engineer to join the Information Services Team. You will design, develop, deploy, and support applications and integrations that enable secure data flow across the organization, working closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, and DevOps in an Agile environment.
The role emphasizes cloud-native development with Azure, APIs, microservices, and data processing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related field.
- 3+ years hands-on with C# and .NET ecosystems.
- Experience with Azure cloud services and Azure PaaS components (Functions, Logic Apps, API Management, Service Bus).
- Experience building APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
- Familiar with Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong knowledge of SQL Server or Cosmos DB.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain applications and integrations.
- Build and support APIs, middleware, and event-driven integrations.
- Develop internal and public-facing web applications.
- Collaborate with architecture, infrastructure, DevOps, and vendors.
- Provide production support, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
- Ensure applications meet security, data protection, and compliance standards.
- Estimate, plan, and execute work within the application lifecycle.
