US Tech Solutions is seeking a Financial Reporting Analyst to draft annual, semi-annual and quarterly statements for registered investment companies. The role supports senior team members on fund expenses and general financial information, with special projects assigned by the Financial Administration Manager.

For European offices, involvement may include reviewing junior staff work and contributing to the Financial Administration Group development.

Competenze

• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3–5 years mutual fund accounting or related mutual fund experience including 1–2 years of financial reporting experience.
• Highly organized, detail oriented, self-motivated.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Mansioni

• Draft annual, semi-annual and quarterly financial statements and Forms (N-SAR, N-Q, and N-CSR) for registered investment companies.
• Prepare fund expense proformas and review expenses and accruals; coordinate with client and team.
• Prepare fund expense invoices for authorization and review.
• Support the Financial Administration Manager in board book and procedures manuals prep.
• Communicate performance data to fund management and industry publications.
