Job summary

Huntsman Cancer Institute seeks a Decentralized CTO Administrator to advance decentralized and hybrid clinical trial operations across the Mountain West. You will build the hub-and-spoke infrastructure, coordinate regional workflows, and lead partnerships to extend high-quality clinical trial services beyond the Salt Lake City campus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related area or equivalency.
• Four to six years of progressively more responsible management experience.
• Background knowledge of hiring department's area of specialization to analyze and plan.

Responsibilities

• Serve as operational administrator for decentralized trials portfolio across five-state Mountain West.
• Design and manage hub-and-spoke operations for decentralized and hybrid trials.
• Liaise with external entities, sponsors, investigators, and community organizations to strengthen trial delivery and access.
• Lead planning and ongoing management of decentralized trial components (virtual visits, eConsent, remote data capture, wearables).
• Manage contracts, service agreements, and operational relationships with OSP/OGC.
