This full-time hybrid role requires residency within 100 miles of Kansas City, MO, a bachelor’s degree in a related field, and 5+ years of pro multimedia experience.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Video Production, journalism, Digital Media, or a related field; 5+ years of professional multimedia production experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro). Experience in 3D modeling or web/UI tools. Adept in cinematic principles.
• Experience working with camera, lighting, and audio equipment, sound mixing tools, AI Tools, and editing systems.
• Preferred Podcast production experience.

Aufgaben

• Produce multimedia content—including video, podcasts, photography, animations, motion graphics, and data visualizations.
• Lead end-to-end content production: planning, scripting, filming, editing, subtitling, posting, and post-production.
• Develop short- and mid-form video content for social media, YouTube, NAIC.org, and other channels.
• Provide photography and multimedia coverage for events, headshots, workplace imagery, and on-site productions.
• Ensure content is accurate, on-brand, platform-optimized, production-ready, and accessible.
• Steward NAIC brand guidelines and support evolving visual identity.
