The Communications department of the National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC) has an exciting opportunity for a Digital Content Strategist. This team member is responsible for developing and executing channel and content strategies that advance the NAIC's organizational goals and connects with audiences. This role serves as both a strategic content leader and a hands‑on content creator, leading content planning across NAIC.org, social media, email marketing, and other digital channels while creating, writing, editing, and publishing high-quality content. Through collaboration with stakeholders across the organization, this role ensures content is strategic, engaging, and aligned with the NAIC's brand and business objectives.
This is a full-time, hybrid position. Residency within 100 miles of the Kansas City, Missouri Office is required.
Experience with content management systems (CMS), email marketing platforms, social media management tools, analytics platforms, SEO/AEO/GEO tools, and AI‑powered content and productivity tools.
This position requires regular, out‑of‑state, overnight travel in support of member meetings and events throughout the year.
$71,931- $90,000, commensurate with education and experience.
