Job summary

Lyra Technology Group, a private equity-backed holding company, seeks a Project Manager to lead multiple technical implementations from inception to closure in Phoenix, AZ. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage scope, timelines, and client relationships, and ensure on-schedule delivery with attention to budget.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record in technology infrastructure or data center projects, plus a degree in a technical field or relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• Proven track record managing technology infrastructure, deployment and/or data center projects.
• Degree or combination of relevant certifications and hands-on experience in technical environments.
• Experience using ConnectWise or similar ticketing and incident management tools; familiarity with MS Project or similar PM software.
• Strong knowledge of common productivity applications and client-facing communication.
• Solid organizational skills with attention to detail and multi-tasking ability.
• Experience guiding a technical support team and working with MSP projects is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and complete multiple, concurrent projects, defining scope, planning, deadlines, and progress communication.
• Direct cross-functional team members to meet deliverables, milestones, and budget goals.
• Develop project scopes and objectives with stakeholders and ensure technical feasibility.
• Create detailed project plans with milestones, resources, and timeframes.
• Manage client relationships and stakeholder communications throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain issue logs and remedial action records; provide reports to managers and customers.
• Occasionally support after-hours implementations and post-production coordination.
• Undertake other related activities as directed by supervisors.
