The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, 12+ years of federal market experience, and a strong understanding of the MPO Agency mission. This position requires current TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in the federal market, with minimum of 5 years in MPO.
• Technical understanding of MANTECH Core Competencies.
• Deep knowledge of MPO Agency mission, cybersecurity, and existing relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a healthy pipeline for capture strategies.
• Define opportunity requirements and identify capability gaps.
• Initiate customer discussions and represent MANTECH at conferences.
