Qualifications

• Associates degree and 2 years sales experience, OR a combined minimum of 4 years higher education and/or relevant work experience, including 2 years sales experience.

Responsabilités

• Interview applicants to collect income, assets, debts and credit data to assess loan eligibility.
• Independently assess applicant's credit worthiness and pre-qualify borrowers.
• Determine mortgage products that best meet customer needs and explain advantages of each option.
• Market and promote the bank's mortgage products; solicit residential first mortgages from Realtors and others.
• Travel to or meet customers at homes or business locations; follow up with prospects via travel or phone.
