• Partner with Mortgage Loan Originator Assistant to ensure files are complete and secured.
• Negotiate loan terms and structure financing packages based on risk and credit considerations.
• Present loan recommendations for approval in line with bank policies.
• Deliver exceptional service and build relationships with customers and team members.
• Coordinate workflow and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
• Follow all policies, procedures, lending regulations, and industry standards.
