You will guide clients through the loan process with clarity, presenting tailored financing options and delivering exceptional service.

• Submit completed loan applications and documentation for processing.
• Monitor progress from application through post closing.
• Collaborate with Mortgage Loan Originator Assistant to ensure complete and secure files.
• Negotiate loan terms and structure financing packages.
• Present loan recommendations for approval per bank policies.
• Deliver proactive, high‑level service and communicate with clients.
• Build relationships with customers and real estate professionals.
