Candidates must be local to Chandler and have at least two years of loan origination and mortgage industry experience, with active NMLS license, and a proactive, customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to prospect and develop business through outbound calls, drip campaigns, and social media.
• Experience building and maintaining realtor partnerships and executing self-sourced business.
• Minimum 2 years of loan origination experience.
• Minimum 2 years of mortgage industry experience.
• High proficiency with online technologies and mortgage software.
• Must be SAFE Act compliant and hold an active NMLS license (UST).
• Positive, energetic attitude with a growth mindset.
• Excellent relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Use daily dashboard data to identify business trends and adjust strategy.
• Partner with internal support to deliver top-tier service and nurture relationships.
• Stay current on industry trends to anticipate customer needs.
• Develop an account database that tracks pull-through, product mix and loan quality.
• Maintain familiarity with regulatory standards and requirements.
