Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of residential mortgage lending experience in the local market.
• Experience developing referral sources and building realtor/developer relationships is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Solicits first mortgages by expanding referral networks with realtors, builders, and developers.
• Collects and analyzes financial information to determine loan eligibility and suitable products.
• Guides customers through loan options, terms, and regulatory requirements while maintaining compliance.
