Job summary

Plateau Software Inc. is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to support a mission-critical program at MacDill Air Force Base in Tampa, Florida. The role emphasizes Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI, with a focus on modernizing processes and delivering reports.

You will provide Tier 1–2 support for SharePoint and Microsoft 365, work with government stakeholders, and help optimize collaboration and data workflows. Onsite with a hybrid schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT, CS, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3+ years experience with Power Automate and/or Power Apps.
• 3+ years experience supporting SharePoint and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Hands-on experience with SharePoint Online: sites, lists, libraries, permissions, navigation, content management.
• Experience providing end-user support and troubleshooting SharePoint or Microsoft 365 issues.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and support Power Automate workflows.
• Support development and enhancement of Power Apps and Microsoft 365 solutions.
• Modernize legacy SharePoint workflows and forms using Microsoft 365 tools.
• Use Power BI to support reporting, dashboards, and data visualization.
• Configure and enhance SharePoint sites, permissions, and governance.
• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for SharePoint and Microsoft 365.
