Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in microbiology and aseptic techniques.
• Experience with microbiology quality labs and documentation.
• Understanding of regulatory and compendial microbiology requirements.
• Ability to apply microbiology principles to method development.
• Strong written and verbal communication for protocols and reports.
• Proficiency with project/data management tools (SharePoint, Smartsheet).
• Independent organization and execution of laboratory studies with multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Execute lab studies supporting microbiological method development and optimization.
• Analyze data, summarize results, and assist with protocols and reports.
• Stay aligned with regulatory guidance (USP, Ph. Eur., CFRs).
• Collaborate with QC Microbiology, Process Development, Manufacturing, and Quality.
• Represent Process Microbiology in cross-functional meetings and progress updates.
• Communicate study progress and technical findings to teams and partners.
• Maintain supplies and inventory to support study execution.
